The forms we are providing below are for importing shotguns only. We also suggest that you investigate what forms you might need to re-enter your country with your firearm. For example: US citizens register their firearms with our US Treasury Department before leaving the country with them in order to prove we didn’t purchase the firearm else where and it’s the same firearm we left with. Thus, avoiding import taxes and a potential raft of other problems.

INSTRUCTIONS: Download the 3 forms below. Fill out the Border form and the Invitation letter. Attach the Empire State flier and the Invitation letter to your Permit application and mail it to the address provided on the form.  Don’t forget to type your name in, where provided, on the invitation letter after you’ve downloaded it to your computer.
